Hello :)
As mentioned in my previous post, I recently went shopping and picked up a few beauty products and also received a late Christmas present (don't worry Nanna, I forgive you).
After hearing one of my favorite vloggers, Tanya Burr , rave about this mascara on her YouTube channel I just had to try it out. It's Maybelline's The Falsies mascara and I got the limited edition 'Black Drama' one. I got it for £4.99 in Superdrug and so far I'm really loving it! (Let me know below if you'd like a review).
Yes..I fell for the hype. I've seen so many bloggers going nuts over these little pots and I have to say, I was intrigued. I never usually go for cream eyeshadow because they're annoying as hell to apply and crease like a mofo. But I REALLY love this. I got the shade On and On Bronze, a shimmery neutral that I knew I'd get the most use out of. I used it for a tutorial today and it hasn't come off yet - result! (For those wondering, this was £4.99 in Superdrug).
I'd never known that Accessorize had a makeup line! I was instantly pulled in by the floral designs and bright colours and decided to go well out of my comfort zone (one of my new year's resolutions). I never wear bright bold colours when it comes to makeup, but when I saw this palette I fell in love. As you can see from the picture, I've done lots of experimenting with the glitters. It was maybe slightly overpriced at £13... I'm not sure it's worth it to be honest as some of the colours aren't that pigmented.
Next is a late Christmas present from my Nanna, but it was definitely worth the wait. I've never really been into perfumes and always went for the impulse sprays, but I've been keen to start wearing perfume more often. This Ted Baker 'W' eau de toilette is perfect for me - it's sweet, slightly floral but not too sophisticated. I love the triangular bottle and the pink looks really pretty on my desk. It's £46 for 100 ml and is definitely a contender for my new signature scent :)
This last item isn't exactly beauty related, but I HAD to include it in a post. I got this Charlie Chaplin style phone case from Ebay for only £3.99 and I absolutely love it. The design is so fun and quirky and I've had loads of compliments on it. They have loads of different colours if you fancy taking a look!

So that's it for my mini-haul :) If you enjoyed this post please follow my blog and feel free to say hello in the comments. I like doing little mini hauls of things I've picked up during the month and if you do too let me know.
