April Wishlist | #3

Hey everyone :)

It's that time again! I can't believe how close it is to summer, I just want to ditch the jumpers and start wearing all the pretty summer dresses and coloured shorts I've been seeing everywhere - but unfortunately here in Britain it may be while yet, seeing as we had snow last week. But I'll keep my fingers crossed anyway.

There's been quite a few summer clothing items that have been catching my eye this month, especially things that I'm hoping to get for my trip to Rome in only 4 months :)

First on this month's wishlist is this Topshop Lip Stick in Coy. I STILL haven't tried any Topshop makeup - I have hardly any Topshop's near me and the ones I do have don't stock any makeup :( But this month I am determined to get my hands on this beautiful coral/blush colour that seems perfect for spring and summer. I've been wanting to wear more colour on my lips (one of my new year's resolutions) and I'm normally quite scared of corals, but this is a really wearable and pretty colour and at only £7 you can't say no. 

This summer I'm probably going to be living in skater skirts, they are really flattering for my shape and are super easy to wear. I almost bought one of the reknowned  American Apparel crop tops, but found a really great dupe in New Look and thought that this polka dot crop t-shirt would be perfect. They have loads of different colours and patterns, including aztec and floral prints, and are a real bargain compared to the American Apparel originals. 

 

Yep, it's ANOTHER dupe. But I can't help myself when it comes to finding bargains. In my February Wishlist I included a pair of Vans but in the end I didn't splurge. I'm glad I didn't because I found these white plimsolls from River Island for less than half the price. I tried them on a few weeks ago and they are really great quality for their price. I'm definitely picking these up next time I go shopping.

Next is this really cool dungaree skater skirt, also from River Island, that's a new twist on my favourite trend. I really love the concept and have actually been looking around for some dungarees so this is the perfect mix for me. I'm just wondering what to pair it with, maybe you could give me some ideas in the comments? :)
