Winter Nail Polish Favourites | 2013

Hello everyone :)

I haven't had much time to change up my nail polish recently, but when I do paint my nails I always reach for the same four shades. So, for today's post I decided to share my favourites with you. Hope you enjoy!

Kate Spade for Nails Inc. in New York Noir

Up first is this limited edition (sorry!) polish by Nails Inc. that actually got free with last month's Glamour magazine. It's a high shine, sophisticated black that's easy to apply and lasts a good 3-4 days. You can't go wrong with Nails Inc., but team them up with Kate Spade and you have a winner.

Those of you who know me will be aware of my obsession with burgundy - literally, my entire wardwrobe consists of this colour. Luckily for me, burgundy is in this autumn and winter so I finally have an excuse to go crazy. This is the first O.P.I polish I've ever owned and I can definitely understand the hype. Similarly to Nails Inc., the quality is great, it lasts about three days before chipping and you get a decent amount of product for the price tag. Not bad!

Next up is the most luxurious nail polish in my collection and the only Chanel product I actually own - I need more. This shade is a wine-brown hybrid that is surprisingly flattering and very unique. I got this as a gift from my aunt last Christmas and it is still going strong. As  you would expect from Chanel, the quality is amazing and the packaging is so beautiful I just want to display it on my shelf.

Last on my list of favourites is the most affordable and well used of the bunch. Ginza is a watm mauve shade with a tiny golden shimmer running through it, and it's just one of those colours that you can get away with all year round. These polishes are really affordable at £4, even though you only get 5ml, and the colour range is amazing. I'd definitely recommend.

So that's it for my favourite winter nail polishes. If you'd like me to do a post on some of my favourite beauty products or outfits for the winter just let me know in the comments :)
