Most Worn Things - Autumn 2012 | Fashion

Hello :) As you all know, we're swiftly moving into cold, winter months meaning that Autumn is nearly over :( So, I thought I would do a post on the clothing items I've been loving this season and also a few accessories. Hope you enjoy!

This year I've been wearing more 'minimalistic' colours (I'm not really one for the baroque trend) so you'll probably notice a lot of black, navy, burgundy and grey (sorry!). I really love this skater dress from Primark. It's surprisingly thick so great for the colder months and literally goes with everything. I wore this dress for my birthday meal and it featured in my OOTD post, here if you haven't seen it yet!

I absolutely love the lace trend this year and fell in love with this lace top from H&M. I actually got this in January earlier this year but it's still on trend, and has become a real staple piece of mine. Love it! (especially at only £12.99!)

I don't normally wear a lot of skirts, but I really love how flattering and casual these skater skirts are. This one from River Island is just the right length and is easy to style with. At £16 it wasn't too bad :)

I've mentioned this in a previous post, click here to read, so I won't blabber on. But, I really love this cable knit jumper from Newlook - it's comfy, it's easy to style and I really love it!

I've really been loving wearing oversized jumpers and sweatshirts this year, and I really love this one from Brave Soul. It's not normally what I go for, but it's super comfy and long enough to wear with leggings. I got it in a medium so it would be big and cosy :)

 I've been looking for a big, wooly 'beanie' hat this year as I have longer hair (and won't look bald when I wear one). I did have a look in places like Topshop and River Island, but £12 for a hat? Really? So I decided to go into good old Primarni and found this one for £4, and I love it :)

Also from Primark, I've really been loving this red satchel that I got as a gift from my friend. It's just the right size, but I'm thinking of decorating it with some magazines for a DIY post soon. Anyone interested? ;)

Products I REGRET Buying | Beauty

Hello :) Today I was sorting out my makeup storage when I came across a few products that made me wonder, "Why the hell did I buy these?". So I thought I'd make a little blog post on it (obviously).

How Much is My Face Worth? | yb&fo

Photo from last night! Blog post coming soon :)
I've seen this tag/post thing around on some blogs recently and thought it looked quite fun. Most of my makeup collection consists of drugstore products so I doubt my total will be very high, but I guess we'll see at the end.
For those who have no idea what this post is about, basically you add up the costs of every single makeup product you wear for everyday and share it with the world.

FACE;

Benefit Pore-Fessional = £23.50
Benefit Erase Paste = £19.50
Collection 200 Lasting Perfection Concealer = £4.19
Clinique Superbalanced Makeup = £21.50
Rimmel London Clear Complexion Powder = £3.99
Ruby & Hammer Blush/Bronzer Duo = £4.50

EYES;

E.l.f Eyelid Primer = £1.50
MUA Eyeshadow x 3 = £3.00
Max Factor Colour Perfection Eyeliner = £3.99
Maybelline Gel Liner = £7.99
Superdrug Eyelash Curler = £2.00
AVON Super Enchant Mascara = £8.50

LIPS;
Vaseline Lip Balm in Cocoa = £1.49
Rimmel London Kate Moss Matte Lipstick = £7.75
Barry M Lip Gloss = £4.49

GRAND TOTAL = £117.89

I am genuinely surprised by this! I was expecting it to be much less!
I know that other beauty bloggers' totals are probably much higher, but I'm still starting out with makeup and prefer to stick with drugstore products because you don't have to pay over £20 for a concealer when you get an amazing one for only £4.19.

If you enjoyed reading this post, do it aswell! And please link it below in the comments as I love reading these kinds of posts.
